At WoundCareMattress.com, we offer manufacturer-refurbished air mattresses that have been professionally restored to meet high-quality standards. These products have undergone a comprehensive inspection, testing, and sanitation process by the manufacturer to ensure reliable performance.  These mattresses are shipped to/from the manufacturer. 

Warranty Coverage

All manufacturer-refurbished air mattresses come with the following warranty coverage, starting from the date of purchase:

• Air Pump: Covered for two (2) years against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Mattress: Covered for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or general wear and tear.
2. Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. The product may require an inspection for verification of the defect.
3. Repairs & Replacements: At its discretion, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective component (pump or mattress) with a refurbished or new part of equal value.
4. Shipping & Handling: Any applicable shipping, handling, return postage, or insurance fees associated with a warranty claim will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, punctures, spills, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as pets, sharp objects, or improper storage.
