Effortless Return Process with Wound Care Mattress

At Wound Care Mattress, we value your satisfaction and understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to return a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience, we have implemented a straightforward return authorization process.

Follow the steps below to initiate your return: 

1. Log in to your account: Click Here
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.

Should your return request receive approval  an email containing shipping guidelines will be sent to you. Once the product is returned and undergoes a 3rd party inspection and acceptance, a refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy
