E12 Error Code Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting:

Stretch out both left and right side tubing, sometime the tubes get bent/kinked causing the Error code and obstructing airflow.

Step 1-  Face the Pump (face patient) - follow the air supply tubes, on right side, from foot to head, and make sure no kinks. Can straighten

Step 2-  Check Side bolsters (Right and Left- Facing Pump)- looks like image below
